  7. Anna, I discovered your blog through 4men1lady! Life has this funny things... My husband and I bought a big chunck of land in the country and we have been designing our dream house, but guess what? we can't afford it right away. So for the last month we've been working on drawings and doing some research on shops with living quarters. Our idea is to work pretty much ourselves on the construction and utilities for our temporary house and be able to move in as soon as possible. Later on, build our dream house in te prime location of the whole property and leave our quarters as a guest appartment. Pretty much what you guys have done! Your blog is inspiring and makes me believe IT IS POSSIBLE to achieve our goals!
    Thanks for sharing

  9. I was so excited to see there are people who (like me) can see the potential in non traditional buildings. I could so very much see myself living there, but not as wonderfully (glam) as you have accomplished!

I know Michelle H., and the topic you raise about moving out of the suburbs is intriguing. Would love to chat for just a moment.
