We installed the back splash, grouted the back splash, and installed the under cabinet lights ourselves.
TOTAL : $4,325 (without the price of the floors which are throughout the whole house)

Wow, that's awesome! We did a budget reno when we bought our house last year and now I'm getting the itch to finish my attic. Wonder if I can do it for $5000 or less??
